As a psychotherapist, I work to create a warm and safe environment where it is possible for you to be seen and understood.


I combine traditional insight-oriented
talk therapy with more cutting edge somatic and energy therapies.
I also incorporate the development of “mindfulness,” which is an immediate awareness of the present.

Together we work to increase mindfulness and explore beliefs, emotions, and unconscious/ habitual behaviors that emerge from your original family relationships.

Through this exploration in mindful awareness, you understand yourself in new ways. Out
of this context, healing can take place.
